LOVE Premium Doors! The cables on our door came unwound. We couldnt permanently or temporarily fix it so the door was partially open. Premium offered to come out that day! We couldnt make it home from work in time but, even still, Premium came out the next day. They wound the cables, installed a new garage door opener and replaced/upgraded the springs. WOW!!!! What a beautiful job they did!!! Not only was Chris kind and efficient, the opener works like a dream and is so quiet! I messaged Chris at 8:00 a.m. with garage door emergency and he was at my house 45 minutes later and got the job done. So grateful he was able to come on such short notice.

We had to replace our old garage door due to an HOA violation, so we were under a tight timeframe to get everything done. We had multiple quotes from companies and they had the lowest price. The price was a large factor for us, but what also won us over was Chris' extremely fast response time, both to all my questions (at various times on various days), and for completion of the work. It was mind boggling how fast he got this done for us from start to finish, all for an unbeatable price. We are extremely happy with the finished product! Chris showed up promptly this morning to check the alignment and the clunking when it opened, He made some adjustments and lubed some of the hardware. The door now doesn't sound like it will collapse. One neighbor happened to see him and had him come program the spare remotes rhat they had purchased along with programming the buttons on one of their vehicles and then he went another step further and programmed the keypad that the batteries had died and it did not hold the code.
My neighbors don't use the computer much but she asked me to let everyone knoe how wonderful Premium Garage Door is!!

After contacting Chris, he was able to come by on a Friday afternoon and review our damaged door, recommended using two springs instead of one (I agreed and he did that upgrade immediately), and gave us a quote for replacing damaged door panels. The panels were replaced the following Monday and the door works better than it has in years. The price was excellent, and the service even better. I highly recommend Premium Garage Doors.

Premier Garage Door installed two springs and a new garage door opener, along with full preventative maintenance for $700.00 without any sales pressure! Chris did such a great job, and I would highly recommend him. I got a hold of him after the spring broke on out 2 car garage door. He responded in about 30 minutes from my call, to our door. I ran into my garage door by accident. Called Premier at around 6:00 pm. He said he would be out between 9:00 and 10:00 the next day and help me get my car out of the garage. He showed up right on time we got the car out and discussed a new garage door and color as well as pricing. Let me tell you I thought the price was great. Chris said he will check availability and get back with me. 2 hours later he called and said he would be at my house at 6:00 pm and install my new door. Keep in mind this was same day service. Chri showed up right a 6:00 pm and my old door was removed and new door installed in 1 hour and 15 minutes this included all trash picked up job site left spotless. Chris has great customer service skills and delivers what’s promised. After he was done he removed any finger prints on the new door and adjusted the automatic opener. He was not leaving until he was 100% satisfied. We tested the door a few times until he and I were satisfied. I was really surprised when he showed up with new springs and Teflon rollers. Will always use him if the need arises. I just can’t say enough great things of Chris and his company. Give him a try you will not be disappointed. By the way comes with parts and labor warranty.
